Refresher training for supplemental assistance programs today. I can understand how some would consider it a drag to go through any kind of training. I like to look at it as a learning opportunity.

If I really consider how much training I’ve gone through during the last several years it is almost like never graduating from college but still taking those community classes and subscribing to different college catalogues or going to Magic Mountain over and over again and ridding only the same ride . Not that it’s annoying or tiresome nor beneficial. It’s just one of those tedious things you have to do to remain fresh in the information and can provide the best service available. The field I am in requires that I have the ability to provide the most accurate information and resolution to the clients request. 

So, every learning opportunity is welcomed and every teaching opportunity is just another way for me to give back to the community.
